John is positively awesome! He came out on a Saturday so that I could finally have a shower, he didn't rob my bank account either. His prices are more than fair and some of the most cost effective of the different plumber's I contacted. He is my plumber for life!!

I called John, a few min on the phone, I felt confident I called the correct person, John showed up precisely when he said he would be there, the repair was made, the man is a wealth of information, I will be calling John for any future plumbing or heating repairs or maintenance. John Fox of Fox Plumbing & Heating Services, Inc. Did a great job at replacing my old garbage disposer & installing a new one i had purchased. He was very thorough in checking all the connections for leaks. It was a job well done. 35 years of experience showed really well. John was very professional and on-time. I'm a young woman, and he was very patient with all of my questions. He wanted to make sure that I understood what he was doing. He definitely knows his stuff and wasn't try to pull one over on me like others in town. I was very impressed with his work. I highly, highly, highly recommend him for you HVAC needs. His prices are fair for his top quality work.

John has plenty of knowledge in both plumbing and heating and has experience in both residential and commercial in Anchorage. He took care of my home's issue quickly and efficiently. Great guy, friendly and professional. Will call him again.

I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit. John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service. I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

John was meticulous and professional as he solved a complicated issue with our baseboard heating and boiler. He took the time to explain throughout the process and triple checked to ensure that his fix was the correct one before and after. His rates were very reasonable for someone with his level of expertise. Would highly recommend!
